Susan was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and was called to the Bar in 1999. She has specialised in financial remedy claims following divorce for more decades than she would usually care to admit! Solicitors instruct her because she is skilled at getting to the essence of a case and is pragmatic in the advice she gives, always conscious of the costs of litigation and proportionality. She is good with clients and valued for her negotiating skills.
Susan regularly deals with cases which have substantial assets, companies, partnerships, pensions and assets held in trust.
