Criminal and health, safety and regulatory work at the highest level. Stuart Denney’s practice is substantially defence based but includes Crown work as Grade 4 Prosecutor. He has significant experience in civil work (years 1982-1995) and has undertaken civil and criminal health and safety work for over 15 years. He has a further speciality in Tribunal work, arising from alleged professional and sporting misconduct.
He has conducted numbers high profile and complex inquests, representing both individuals as well as companies. These have included accidents at work, HSE prosecutions as well as death by careless/dangerous driving.
