Fraser Livesey and Joseph Hart secure acquittals in two separate Facebook riot trials
Both Fraser Livesey and Joseph Hart have in the last week secured acquittals in two separate trials where the allegation was incitement to riot over the internet - Facebook.
Mr Fraser Livesey was instructed to defend Mr Warren Calvert, who was cleared of encouraging rioting. A jury at Preston Crown found him not guilty of encouraging or assisting the commission of an offence, believing it would be committed.

Mr Joseph Hart represented Mr Karl Manley who was also found not guilty by a jury at Lancaster Crown Court
